No value for customers

We had a horrible experience. The service awful. They were rude and basically did not value their customers. We will never be back

Great for nostalgia!

My husband and I had a blast experience our old favorite pinball machines and video games from the past. Great fun without spending a ton of money.

Pinball Hall of Fame at new Location! Good Family Fun!
Nov 2021 • Family
The Pinball Hall of Fame has moved to the Las Vegas Strip! It reopened in a larger building near the “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign and next to the Harley Davidson Store in July 2021. A new two sided neon sign was being installed during the day of our visit so it will be easier to find. It has a decent size parking lot and you will find plenty of pinball games to play that are from various decades, play Guitar Hero, have a Dance Off, take photos in a photo booth, and lots of other options. They have new bathrooms, candy machines and a ceiling fan that keeps things cool. We miss the popcorn machine but we hope they will bring it back! Different machines require different amounts of quarters and you can get change there. I enjoy playing the older games because I am bad at pinball and I get 5 balls while in newer games you pay more and only get 3. My sisters are the high scorers and they were very competitive that day!

Hours of fun for very little money
Apr 2021
Plenty of game from the 60's and 70's, and several which were much older. Al the machines were is great shape. The staff, which I believe is all volunteers, was universally friendly and helpful. I spent a couple of hours there, playing and learning about the various machines. I was also treated to an explanation of the restoration and maintenance work they do at the facility.

I really liked the facility and the staff, and will return whenever I'm in Las Vegas.

Pure joy to get multiballs- Amazing pinball games of every type. My favorite place in Vegas!!!
Jun 2021 • Couples
❤️ LOVE getting MultiBalls ! More pinball games under one huge roof than have ever seen. The machines are serviced regularly, so if a flipper is lagging let a staff member know. This is my must go- at least twice- when visit Las Vegas. If you buy a T shirt you are invited to special events, it is a donation as this is a Non Profit.
FANTASTIC!

Best place to visit in Las Vegas

Had so much fun I had to return the next day. So many classic games. It’s very clean and comfortable place to play all your childhood favorites. A must do for pinball fans.

The owner of the pinball Hall of Fame yelled at my 10 year old for no reason and made him cry I will never come back to this dump again!

Pinball + Pacman Fever

A true throwback to my childhood in the 80's when pinball machines and old video games like Mario Brothers, Crazy Climber, Joust, Space Ace and Dragon's Lair compliment what seems to be well over 100 pinball machines (also seen in old arcades) that go from the 1940's to early 2000's. Most games are $.25, some are $.50, which is a drop of a drop in the bucket considering you are in Las Vegas. This is a non-profit, so there is much more than just revisiting your youth, you are also supporting a non-profit. No admission charge and they moved to a 'new' location on the strip really close to the Las Vegas sign coming onto the LV Strip.

Great for a rainy day or to get out of the heat. You could spend 2+ hours there and still spend less than $10 for the afternoon/evening

It brought back a lot of memories from when I was younger playing the pinball machines. I will return when I come back.

IT was awesome to see some of the old classic machines!
Aug 2021
One machine I played did not work well -- no big deal, all the others did.

My only real objection is that there was no transportation from the place back to the main portion of the strip -- if you don't have a care rented, plan ahead!
