Well the pick up was ok, but the pick up did not happen. We was not given a time for the return trip. Half way through our holiday we did try on numerous occasions to call them but could not get through so I checked on the paperwork I was given it stated they usually pick you up 2.5 hours before your flight. Our flight was at 20:40pm so we waited at 6pm outside the hotel. We waited for around 10 mins then decided to talk to one of the chaps outside the hotel, I gave him the details and he got through to them. they said that they were there at 4pm and waited an hour and left. I got no message on my mobile that they were there. They told the chap at the hotel that they did not have any cars to come to get us. luckily there were taxis at the hotel which we had to get. So my experience of these people is not good. They give 2 telephone numbers to contact them on and you just cannot get through so that to me was useless.

It was a wonderful airport but the timing of ground transportation could be quicker. First time in Dallas so definitely coming back for a personal trip

Took a while for driver to show up. Waited over 45 minutes after telling him that we had luggage . price was great.

Our flight was delayed 6 hours so on arrival we were exhausted. We had problems with re-setting our phones and missed the call from the driver. We tried to Email and text the only number we had for the service but unable to get through. We waited in case the driver came into arrivals to locate us for well over an hour until it was obvious we had missed our ride and had to take a yellow cab to our hotel. Once we managed to sort our phones out the next day a delayed Whatsapp message came up from the driver. I emailed them to advise what had happened and requested a refund or a discounted return trip and was refused. Not a great start to our Christmas break. Maybe the policy should be amended and drivers should come into the terminal for their paying passengers. As a point of interest the yellow cab fare actually worked out slightly less than the private car

Hi Xmasfair - can't see your name so forgive me for not knowing your name. Sorry this happens. It is never good for you or for us when we can't have a successful pick up.As we understand, being at their airport is hectic. So we appreciate your concern. We also have to schedule and resource a professional chauffeur to be where you need to be and then to pick up the next passenger. These chauffeurs are professionals and have their own families to feed. When we book a trip, we depend on the passengers answering our phone calls and texts to get notified so our chauffeurs can direct the passengers to the vehicles especially when the passengers book curbside. In your case, it is my understanding you booked a curbside pick up. We provide a 35 minute grace period from the time the plane lands to the time we send the driver and then wait 30 minutes. During this time, from the time the plane lands, we are texting and trying to call you. We called you from our drivers phone, our 24*7 dispatch and texted as you found out. We have to pay our driver for this time as he was not working for picking anyone else up but with the intent of pick you and your family up. As you can see, we provided over an hour of time to make the connection. We make thousands of connections each day. This is shame that your phone wasn't on as requested in our confirmation emails.
