Great place to take a walk back into time! Quiet Sunday afternoon away from the busy strip. Highly recommended for family fun.

We really enjoyed this museum. It was fun to see all the old signs from Las Vegas. We went in the day and it was perfect. They have a free parking lot. It is not in the best part of town, a lot of homeless people on the street just before you get there. They have volunteers outside to answer any questions you might have about the signs.

As with every collection each piece has a story and that's what makes them memorable. The Neon Museum boasts a knowledgeable staff of real human beings stationed throughout, happy to answer questions about the exhibits and explain the workings of the museum itself. (Thanks Erin).
I only had time for a walk through the main park but intend to visit again and take in the evening part. The art and history of these iconic signs that are so symbolic of Las Vegas should not be missed.

Take the 45-minute tour that starts right before sundown so you can see the signs up close, and then by the time the tour finishes you will be able to see the signs in all their glory.

We LOVED this tour! We started with Brilliant! first then did a guided tour after. Brilliant! was a great short ‘show’, we loved the music and the storytelling! Next, our guided tour which Johann was an amazing guide! He definitely knew his history and mixed that with some good humor which made for such a fun night! Some have said it’s a bit pricey for the length BUT listening and realizing how costly it is to keep this part of historical Vegas alive, it’s well worth it! Definitely go at dusk!

We did both the Boneyard Tour and the Brilliant show. Both were very well done, and one of the highlights of our trip. We have been to Vegas numerous times, and this is the first visit to the Neon Museum. The tour staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave a great tour. I would strongly require getting tickets in advance since time slots seem to sell out. The Brilliant show was different, but in a good way. Would recommend doing both, and at night.

I like the history aspect of places I visit, so this was a cool little place to check out. It’s a shame the the city/casinos just scrapped a lot of the neon signs.
The entrance fee for military was $27.95, which I think is a little high. You also have to buy the ticket online for a specific time. Not sure why this is as there weren’t many people there. Check for the rules also about what you can or can’t do. I didn’t count, but there were about 15-20 parking spots.
It took me about 30 minutes to go through the area, it’s doesn’t take long as it’s a small enclosed area.

Hello! Thank you so much for visiting the museum and for your sharing your review! We are pleased to learn you enjoyed your visit and learning about the history behind the iconic Las Vegas signs. Our current military and veteran rates are $16 for General Admission, $24 for Guided Tours, and $19 for Brilliant! Jackpot. As we are a non-profit, we survive on the gracious donations of the community and our entrance fees. Also, we do tend to sell out so we do recommend purchasing tickets in advance. We are proud to collect, preserve, study and exhibit the iconic Las Vegas signs with our community and the world. Thank you for visiting us and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

The boneyard tour was sold out so we did the Brilliant one instead. It was an enjoyable experience with the un-electrified signs brought to light/life via projection. The sound was excellent and we heard many of the stars singing from years past and viewed video clips from old Vegas. But the signs were the main event and they were illuminated first one by one and then all of them at the end. Very fancy projection work going on. It was cold and drizzly but we still enjoyed it! Gift shop had some fun items.

The display itself was very interesting/impressive if not a bit drawn out. The advertising by the museum is not honest though. Does not give access to the “standard” museum and is totally separated. A lot of the people during our show were equally upset by that. I felt bad for the staffer who had to get yelled at by 5 families in a row :( really unfair of them museum to set their staff up for that.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed your Brilliant! Jackpot experience but sorry to hear your visit was not what you had hoped for. When booking tickets for Brilliant! Jackpot there is a note that a General Admission or a Guided Tour ticket is needed to view the main boneyard. However, we would like to learn more about your overall experience. Please feel free to contact customerservice@neonmuseum.org.

Fun place and lots to see! A little bit pricey, for how quickly you move through it, but definitely a must when visiting Vegas!
