Founded in 1996, the Neon Museum is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization dedicated to collecting, preserving, studying and exhibiting iconic Las Vegas signs for educational, historic, arts and cultural enrichment. The Neon Museum campus includes the outdoor exhibition space known as the "Neon Boneyard", a visitors’ center housed inside the former La Concha Motel lobby and the Neon Boneyard North Gallery which houses additional rescued signs and is available for weddings, special events, photo shoots and educational programs. Night tours feature the fabulous neon of our seven restored signs, and our beautifully and dramatically lit un-restored signs. Due to the nature of our collection, the Neon Museum Boneyard is only available to the public through an hour long guided tour. Tours are available seven days a week and tour times vary based on the season.

So happy that we did this but the tour was way too long. It was guided and the tour was over an hour and seemed to drag on. It is incredible the passion the tour guides have though and with a lively tour guide, I...More

Learn a little history while exploring some pretty fascinating Neon sign art. This is an excellent tour. We loved learning about the history of Las Vegas through Neon signs. The signs are displayed beautifully in their "graveyard". As locals, we would recommend this to ALL...More

Went at night and was hoping more of the signage would be restored so could be lit up. But the cost to restore neon and the signs is very expensive. The guided tour was great but also wished it was interesting. I do recommend though....More

What a fun tour! This museum is a rare treat to walk amongst the bones of old Las Vegas neon signs that have been removed from demolished hotels and casinos. You can see the gigantic Stardust Casino sign, old Fremont signs, Sahara, Frontier, and so...More

We were fortunate enough to be able to take a night tour. Some of the signs were lit up and they were exquisite! Our tour guide was excellent full of stories related to several signs and very approachable.

First, let me advise you to book this ahead. It is a guided tour and there are only so many spots on each tour, they sell out quickly. This was a wonderful history lesson about some of the history of Vegas and especially the casinos...More

Best for those that have visited Vegas many years ago as there are many signs removed from old hotels that bring back nostalgic memories. Recommend plan ahead before booking. Due to popularity, this event requires prior booking to reserve a spot for guided tour. Tickets...More

This is a one hour tour. The place is filled with old neon signs from old Las Vegas. May be more interesting to those who have been here in the past and seen the signs in operation. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Go early...More

I'm so disappointed! If I can give half star I would do it without a question. A short hair woman, in her 25+ years old said she was the manager. Ok, this is my story: with one of my friends who was visiting me in...More

They definitely allow you to book a photo shoot - TripAdvisor doesn't let me include the website but if you google "book a photo shoot Neon Museum" there is a reservation page with instructions.

At night, only a few of the signs are lit and not too brightly. The daytime you get the whole impact of the signs and lots of photo ops. It doesn't matter what day because the groups have a limited number of people on each... More
