I visited this thermal bath with my 14-year-old son. In the parking lot there are mainly Slovak, Czech and Polish license plates.

Upon arrival you make a number of choices; only the summer pool or also the thermal pool. You pay extra for the thermal bath. We did this and afterwards we didn't think it was worth the extra payment. At the summer pool you also have different pools with different temperatures. The thermal part only added a bubble part.

You also choose the duration; 2.5 hours, 4 hours or all day. There are many sunbeds available (free) so great to spend a few hours.

You will receive a wristband with which you can operate a locker (free of charge). And you use this band to register your consumptions. So you don't have to take your wallet inside.

In our opinion, highly recommended. Have fun! Tip; If you like a massage, you can book one right at the entrance at very reasonable prices.

After some time, being a regular visitor born in High Tatras, we again visited these thermal pools. Our experience is rather frustration, despite the excellent thermal water. People with cups of beer in the pools are bad sign, this lasts from last year. This time, in addition, in the ladies toilette only one out of three was working, but with no toilette tissue. In the wardrobe area, only few changing cabins are available (after re-shaping of the area some few years ago). People have often to queue in front of them. Such a nice relaxing place with excellent water, but the general quality of the service is further decreasing.

Vrbov Slovakia and the Thermal Park are a place you escape to. What I mean by that is, yes, it's a bit retro, and yes, it's a bit old-fashioned, but you feel like you are in a time capsule where you have nothing to worry about except what delicious Slovak snack you are going to chow down next. If you're looking for flashy fast and trendy, skip this town. But if you're looking to feel like you've come home, then you've found the right place.

The photos were looking atractive. Water is nice and warm with great minerals for your body. The whole place needs improving and investing paying attention to detals eg. Unfinished pavements toilets not working. One water slide which has been there for last 30 years. All in all not worth money you pay for..

I can really recommend this place hidden just a few kilometres from Poprad. They offer two reconstructed pools, one with hot sulfur water and another one with currents and massaging bubbles. There are also other rather time-worn pools. Yet the showers and cloakrooms are new and perfectly clean at all time. You can also find there several stalls and a restaurant. The only disadvantage is that children under 6 aren't allowed in the hot water pool. Anyway, if you are an active hiker this is the best place to relax your exhausted feet :)

Great thermal spa. The water looks dodgy but there is nothing to worry about, on the contrary it has brilliant health effects. The outside thermal pools are really warm and that means you can relax and swim even if there is freezing outside. Snowboarding / Skiing in Tatra mountains over the day, hot spa at Thermal Park Vrbov in the evening, perfect winter holiday!

Close to Kežmarok, High Tatra mountains lines behind you. There are only the fields and trees all around you. It is so cold outside, strong wind blows, you want to stay in the car. You can hardly believe, there is the thermal spa in front of you.. . Eventually you enter the small spa building, the attentive staff will explain to you the rules, you pay the fee and get the chip, the world of springs opens up for you. . Two and a half hours for Eur 7.50 is the optimal price I guess. The Indoor swimming pool leads to the canal to the outdoor pool which contains 36´C thermal water. Pure pleasure. You are almost dissolving in the sulfury and steaming water.. It's raining cats and dogs, but you simply shiver with pleasure. You can even walk out of the water after a while and proceed to the third, the warmest pool. Hours go by and you are getting nicely tired, happy and relaxed . One of reviewers have mentioned the fact, there it is not about luxury and culinary art there. I am happy it is so. It is about the steamy heaven without the screaming crowd, clean and well maintained, surrounded by fields in the middle of nowhere.

We have just bumped into this place and I feel very lucky to do so. Prices are friendly compared to other spas. When we were there, the place was not crowded, plenty sunbeds were available. There are quite a few pools with thermal water on different temperature, hot, warm, cool. There are some kiosks serving food and drinks. The water quality is amazing, don't be turned off by the rusty looking water, it is due to the exceptionally high mineral content. The changing room area is very clean and the staff was friendly, the lady at the ticketing spoke English very well. We had a relaxing couple of hours, and we will return for sure next year.

Thermal Park Vrbov is open all year and offers several pools filled with thermal sparkling water containing lot of healing minerals. Water comes from depth of 2,000 meters with temperature of 65° C cooled down to about 40° C. Officially it's claimed to be 36-38 degrees C but during my two visits there I am sure it was largely over fourty.
Water sources in Vrbov are known since ancient times for their healing influence to human bodies and organisms - relieving respiratory problems, nervous sysem, cardio and blood circulation ailments, mental stresses and many other diseases.
Main attraction is that pools are outdoor and taking bath people are sitting under open sky despite the weather.
I must admit that bath in rain is quite pleasant.
