This is more of a local museum, we'll aid out, and it's of interesting items. Most items are tagged with an explanation. Worth stopping in after he Buffalo Bill house which is only few blocks away.

If you ever want to learn about prairie life, these Midwest heritage museums are perfect. So many old items and stories attached. This one had some special sections with old beauty items and medical tools. Fascinating!

This is often an overlooked museum, but it's worth the stop, especially if you get the North Platte combination ticket for the Golden Spike, Buffalo Bill Ranch, and this museum. There's an inside and an outside portion. Lots of memorabilia and a great canteen exhibit...More
