Beautiful in the Northern section of the park as we crossed it several times looking for Otters. But it's even better in the grand canyon. We chartered a snow coach for wildlife photography and when it got slow we traveled over to the canyon. You can't miss this attraction!

We didn't have much time to visit, and winter makes exploration difficult. But what we did see was stunning and so serene. Plan ahead and around weather.

It doesn't get more beautiful than this. If you want to appreciate God's great open spaces and amazing nature - this is the place for you. It is great hiking in the summer but it may be even more fun in the winter on a snowmobile. Too much fun!!

The river in the winter is stunning any time of year, but certainly a treat to behold in the winter. Snow covers the banks of the river. Serene bliss.

this is one of the many, many "must-see" sights in this wonderful National Park; I'm sorry that I waited until my 60's to see it, for, had I been here earlier in my life, this would've been my 2nd or 3rd visit. There's so much to see here...things that cannot be seen elsewhere on the planet...and things that CAN be seen... More

I am lucky enough to live near the Yellowstone River and have always had a healthy respect for it. It's beautiful, it's pristine in so many places, and has been good to the areas it flows through.

We have seen this in the summer and the winter. It is an amazing place to see and beautiful with all the colors. Make sure you see the Upper and Lower Falls.

Every part in the park is beautiful. It's a pitty that there are tourists everywhere. There are a few roads so sometimes you stop in a traffic jam. People just stop the car when they see a deer or something like that. By the time you get driving again everything is gone. Real frustrating.

Beautiful, beautiful place, Went in early September and sadly there were several wildfires going on in the park. The traffic wasn't bad at all this time of year. We didn't see a whole lot of wildlife and many of the attractions seemed kind of dried up, but I understand they are better early in the summer. Overall, it was a... More
