I have been going to Chico for 27 years, the prices is NUTS, and when we reported a very slick and dangerous spot around the pool area we felt like they didn't care :-(

Even if not staying it is worth stopping to soak, plenty of food and drink options right adjacent to pools.

You can purchased a wrist band at the Poolside cafe for just a few bucks per person. We actually had lunch and they added to our bill. Went to the locker rooms and stayed for several hours just relaxing.
