My wife and I had a great time on this! The food was good, the staff was friendly and attentive and the view was all we'd hoped for. The "Hold-Up" was worth it just to watch the horsemanship. My best advice is that when you...More

We had an excellent time on the Charlie russell chew choo. Great entertainment. Good food. Our servers Jennifer and Colton made the experience even better with their exceptional service especially for my niece who was celebrating her birthday. Well worth the trip!

You can't beat the scenery on this up and back ride through the Fergus county country side. The prime rib dinner is tasty. There is a bar with wine and beer. Unlike other dinner trains there is a drama that unfolds outside the train of...More

3 hour tour of MONTANA. I loved it. Wheat combines were running. Deer, pheasant and farmers. They rob the train, complete with dance hall girls. Wine is available and prime rib served. I will be back, with out of state family.

The train ride, dinner and entertainment were great. Know one at our table could finish their prime rib, which is say a lot about the dinner. Beautiful Montana scenery, and surprising entertainment capped off the 4 hour train ride.

You have to find your own transportation to the train. Its only about ten miles out of town to the boarding station

No. Small Montana town; everybody drives. Short 8-10 mile drive on paved road. Very easy to find. Will need rental car or own transportation as no flights within 100 miles.

Yes they have a menu that you can pick from when you buy your tickets . Remember that you have to buy your tickets in advance of the boarding date so they have time to prepare your food.
