The Conrad Mansion Museum is located in Kalispell's east side residential area atop a bluff overlooking the valley and the Swan mountain range. The home sits on three landscaped acres, surrounded by a dry stone fence with iron gates. Six large annual flower beds and extensive ever-blooming perennial beds provide constant color during the summer season, with pruned hedges, evergreens, and spacious lawns serving as a lush background. MISSION To preserve and exhibit the 1895 Charles Conrad Family Estate through public tours, educational programs, and community events.

This was a great tour. Alex our guide was wonderful and knowledgeable about the property. There is no A/C in most of the mansion so dress accordingly. We're from Texas so it really wasn't too bad. I would recommend this tour. I give Alex 5...More

Our tour guide, Hannah, provided interesting information regarding the building, its furnishings and the Conrad family members who lived (and died) in this grand old building. Staff members were all friendly and knowledgeable and the building and grounds were immaculately preserved. Thank you!

What a wonderful find in Kalispell thanks to TripAdvisor! Enjoyed every second of my tour by Brock. He did a fabulous job, and was extremely knowledgeable. Home was a true blast from the past, a carousel of progress from another era. Loved the early typewriter,...More

It was a spur of the moment trip, but the house is well preserved and the tour is educational. There are mementos of Teddy Roosevelt and lots of period innovations and art and clothing.

We've been to a lot of historic spots, and this was wonderful. The fact that the home was furnished with original furniture, clothing, toys, etc., allowed us to envision what it may have been like 100 years ago. Like Portland's Pittock Mansion, the innovations for...More

This is my favorite era of architecture when is comes to private homes. The Conrad Mansion is the reason why! A beautiful home; the best part is that almost all of the furnishings are original to the family (something rare on historic properites!) A must...More

This is the highlight of Kalispell, which is otherwise an airport and shopping center separating Whitefish, Glacier Park, and Big Fork. They don't take reservations, so if you want the first tour at 10 am, show a little before to but them at the gift...More

I can't answer your question,, but their phone number is 406-755.2166. The event in which you're interested only lasts for three hours so it doesn't sound like there is a huge crush of people.
