Things are very easy to find in Helena. We were there on a Monday and unfortunately it was closed but the outside is very elegant. We would have loved to have seen the inside but we will try again another time.

Visited the historic home on a free tour day. Our guide provided a terrific look into the architecture and daily life of early governors. A must see for history buffs.

This tour was very interesting. The rich history behind the mansion was very interesting. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Being from Dayton, OH, it was a surprise to know that the guide was from Kettering, OH.

This Govenors mansion is in a historical neighborhood with many old homes within sight. Easy neighborhood to walk thru and photo opportunities

The home is under construction and not available for tours when we visited the end of May 2016. No notice of when it would be opened.
