My wife and both our boys met a local friend there in September and loved it. Very relaxing place and definitely a stop we’ll make again. We were there in the evening and there were quite a few people but it wasn’t overcrowded. Definitely a re-do in 2022.

Perfect way to spend an evening after hiking in the park all day. Very clean, not too crowded (for September, it was a little chilly and camp ground was half full). Cost was $15 a person, but there were a lot of discounts. Noticed a lot of locals were there, one showed us how to use the hot and cold pools with the walking pool, a lot of fun. Would have gone again but they had to close to clean the rest of the time we were there.

If you are to go here- suggest going in the morning and not evening. This is connected to a campers park- in the evening the pools and hot tub were overwhelmed with people (Beyond the posted COVID safe limits)- We hade a lovely time from 9AM-2:30PM. Nice, quiet, shady spot. The website states that masks are required in the locker rooms- they are not. If you are expecting COVID safety here- they are not in compliance. There is no chlorine in the pools. We came back (as you are allowed to) in the evening- we left. In the evening for the sunset swim we felt unsafe, it was noisy, and the pools looked dirty. Morning time- great place. We relaxed all day. Nice reprieve from the touring.

Thank you for your review. Regarding compliance, there is only so much businesses can do. We can put up signs and make requests, but we are a hot springs, not the police. Yes, evenings can get busy, particularly on the weekends. Keep in mind that you are visiting a natural geothermal hot springs with continuous flow-through water, so there is no chlorine. The minerals in the water, particularly the iron, can make the water look dirty even though it is continually being replaced. Hope this helps. Please consider visiting during the morning/day if you would like less people. :)

We spent a morning relaxing in the hot springs. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. He explained in detail about the Kneipp walk and the history behind it. Very reasonable-only $16 for senior day pass. You could even leave and return. The hot springs were not crowded. Lots of chairs around the water. Beautiful mountain setting with nice landscaping and flowers. All natural and no chemicals in the water. Nice changing room and lockers. Free parking. Just outside Gardiner. Minutes from entrance to Yellowstone North entrance. You will not be disappointed

We decided to add the Hot Springs as an afternoon of comfort while taking a short break from the Park. We were very happy we did. The location is about 10 minutes north of Gardiner. Be sure to check the website for days of operation as we had to adjust our plans due to the Hot Springs being closed on Mondays.

Parking was plentiful and service was friendly. After paying at the front desk, locker rooms are offered with showers. Once back outside, the environment is very comfortable. There were 3 different pools, with different temperatures. The Hot Pool was about 106 degrees. The Mid Pool was about 102 and the Cold Plunge was 64 degrees. The layout is very convenience. The Mid Pool offers steps and a sloped entry where the Hot and Cold do not. There was plenty of space in the pools to maintain distance, despite it being a busy day. There are plenty of lounge chairs and covered areas spaced out around the pools. We spent a couple of hours relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere.

Cost was very reasonable and getting your hand stamped on exit allowed for reentry later in the same day. This was a big hit for our family and we will absolutely visit again the next time we are in Gardiner.

Very pleasant experience. I wish I could have gone back a second time. Pools and facilities were clean and well maintained. Going from the hot to the cold pool and back again was invigorating. This was one of the highlights of my trip to Yellowstone. It wasn't crowded early in the evening. The scenery was spectacular.

We were going to go to Chico resort for hot springs and dinner, but this was closer and had 3 separate pools!

We spent one afternoon here and the pools were wonderful and relaxing, although the price of admission is a bit pricey. Is is a full day pass. So when a late afternoon thunderstorm rolled through, we took a break went to dinner and came back to enjoy the pools again in the evening. I believe they were open to 9 pm!
