Went on dog sledding adventure at the end of March. Thought the experience would be relaxing. Although it was not relaxing, it was an adrenaline pumping experience. Dogs were extremely beautiful and so many of them. They all looked a bit different and were so friendly, calm, docile when we first arrived (prior to sledding set up). Our kids loved... More

I went with a few adults and kids. I thought it was going to be kind of like a relaxing sled ride. I was wrong. It was quite exhilarating and some times scary. It was the end of the season and the snow was very very mushy. You can drive the sled. There is one driver and a few people... More

I was w/ a group of late 20's people and we loved the interactive experience. Once you arrive you can borrow boots if needed. You can walk around and pet the dogs. Then a short lesson on dog sledding and you are off! You can drive your own sled or have a guide drive. Its easy I highly recommend it!... More

We had an absolute blast! We were given the chance to drive the sleds, it was incredible! The views were gorgeous, the guides were knowledgeable and kind, the dogs loved their "job". It was a great time had by all.

I went with a group of 9 photographers on our way back to Bozeman from a 3 day journey in Yellowstone and this was the icing on the cake for our trip! Everybody in this company was so curious and attentive to the needs in our group. Some wanted to drive the dog sled and some of us just wanted... More

A group of friends signed up and did enjoy our experience with Spirit of the North. There is a bit of confusion as to the location. After a phone call and a quick chat, it was all cleared up. We arrived to find 60 or so very friendly dogs, all eager to get to work. After a brief discussion covering control... More

This was the best thing I have ever done. The combination of stunning scenery, beautiful huskies and a thrilling ride, together with the hospitality of the staff made this an adventure of a lifetime. I was apprehensive beforehand but although there is a small element of risk (as with most sports) it was so well organised and professional that there... More

From the friendly staff to incredible dogs this was a one of a kind adventure. We got plenty of time to play with the dogs before heading out. We were taught everything from how to hook up the dogs to how to drive the sled. We had a beautiful journey compete with a stop to enjoy hot chocolate and homemade... More

After reading the other reviews, we were so excited to go dogsledding with Spirit of the North. It was one of the worst experiences of my life (and turned out to be one of the most deadly). The dogs were malnourished and chained to a truck, forced to sit in their own feces. We were never assigned a guide because... More
