Years ago I went with family members and we thought it would be fun but I was the only one who had to get out of there! After a few minutes I started to feel nauseous. As soon as I walked away from the steps leading to the little cabin I started to feel a little better so I went... More

They wrap their pitch with with mumbo-jumbo psudo-sci nonsense. The grounds are littered with cheesy ornaments and wired everywhere to create magnetic fields. If you want to suspend disbelief, and just have fun with it, this can be a diversion from all the natural beauty and wonder that is all around here.

We have been here before, and we see new things every time we go. The staff is great and full of information. The tour takes a chunk out of an hour, by the time you poke around, and is interesting for all ages. The experience varies with the person, and seemingly with age, since it was more intense this time... More

Friends that told me about this place and said that they had a very good time. I decided to go with my partner and left with a lot of mixed feelings. The guide was extremely boring and didn't seem to really know the answers to some questions and either avoided the question or seemed to be making up answers. I... More

The Montana Vortex is easy to find and a short drive from Kalispell. We arrived not really know what to expect and left scratching our heads as to how it is possible. I'm not converted into being a believer in the vortex but there are some weird things going on here. The most impressive (to me) was the "growing/shrink board"... More

Fairly interesting but the tour was too long to keep your attention. Fair price and entertaining and a good way to spend a bad weather day to keep the kids happy

Worth stopping here and having a look around the shop even if you don't want to pay the $10 for the tour around the house of mystery. I did the tour and thought it was quite good, for a roadside tourist attraction. The tour takes about 45 mins but there are some things to do afterwards, so you will need... More

Just went here and was told service dog could not accompany me into the house of mystery. I informed then that it was illegal to deny my dog access and I have to have my service dog with me at all times, And they refused. I would not recommend a place that breaks the law and denys a veteran a... More

The vortex depends largely on the guide. The house is cool, but everything after that dragged out too long. You have to give these guys credit for creating the illusions that "appear" to be unexplained.

I will leave it up to you to decided if the vortex is real or not. I don't believe there is a mysterious vortex but it was still fun to take the tour just to see the visual tricks and experience the leaning house. There is also a great opportunity to do some shopping in the gift shop. The guide... More
