Wanted to revisit this facility and their new exhibits----one of special interest is the one on GHOST DANCERS. Also, they have a new and enlarged exhibit on rifles and pistols with considerable history on some very rare pieces. We were NOT disappointed.

On a rainy day, we visited museums in Billings. This one was unique in featuring baseball, Calamity Jane, and wagon trail gear. The Native American examples were educational.

This museum is right by the airport. It has an interesting hodge-podge of things related to the history of Billings, the settlement of the west, and Billings during the world wars. It's worth a stop.

Very hidden....you have to go into the airport round about to get to the museum. It had a lot of local history that is worth your time.
