Tucked just off the Northwest corner of Holt Drive is an aging but charming building filled with an amazing selection of stones, agates, gems and fossils. So very unique and wrapped in a history that the original owner was the captain of the steamboat that hauled people, cargo and animals up and down the shores of Flathead Lake to Polson... More

Kehoe's is a jewelry and/or as fossils loving person's dream come true. The fossils are impressive and prices competitive. Have been buying there for 20 plus years and each piece is a treasure to enjoy. Have received so many compliments...You learn so much there because all the women working love rocks of all kinds! Have spent hours there "hunting." Best... More

With a name lik Kehoe's Agate shop I was hoping to find mostly rocks and minerals in their natural state and possibly some polished. Nope. They were there but in a separate room and way overpriced. When you walk through the door the first thing you see are cases of expensive jewelry. The sales folks were so happy dealing with... More

Bigfork was a delight until attempting to visit Kehoe's agate shop. Our reception at 5 minutes to closing was chilly; as we were asked to stand outside while the 'high value' jewelry was put away. The shopkeepers comments left my family feeling frustrated and mildly insulted by the insinuation that we weren't to be trusted around the shop's offering. After... More

When I saw the sign for Kehoe's - 2.3 miles off my route - I decided to take the time to visit and I am so glad that I did. They have an incredible selection of minerals, fossils and jewelry. The staff matches the inventory - simply excellent customer service. Yes, I dropped quite a few bucks at Kehoe's and... More

I was so taken with the selection of gems and stones I had a hard time deciding what to buy, I bought earrings, rings and necklaces and left many lovely pieces behind. Fortunately I love 2000 miles away, or I'd be spending too much money there. They have very expensive, but beautiful, gemstones and also lots of reasonably priced items... More

This is a lovely, small and highly popular place to get high end jewelry, agates and other fossils. Not at all what I expected but we loved it so much we returned 3 times in our 9 day stay in the area! Staff is attentive and knowledgeable, its only 20 minutes away from Kalispell and if you're a birder there... More

This little shop has lots of cool things to look at and buy. Stones of all kinds in mounts and a large variety of fossils.

Keno's is a shop that sells rocks. You could say the whole place rocks because everything is gorgeous. Sometimes you can pick out your stones for earrings or a bracelet, other times you can choose an already crafted necklace. Depends on what you are looking for. They have been in business for eons and their quality shows it. If you... More

This shop is sort of out of the way. It also has been there since the 50s and possibly earlier. Kehoe's Agate shop is an institution in the flathead valley and jewelry from this place is part of the inheritance of many people. Just outside of the shop on the shore is the wreck of the steam boat Helena which... More
