We are casual, beginning-to-intermediate skiers and wanted an affordable, low-hassle option for renting skis during our visit to the Big Sky area. We found exactly what we were looking for at East Slope, where we paid roughly half (!) of what the same rental would have cost renting directly at Big Sky Resort, where we were staying. The price was... More

We rented skis from East Slope for our family of five at Big Sky. We got our gear, perfectly selected and fitted for our ability, by the friendly staff. Great prices - 50 percent less than at the resort just up the hill. The staff members are so knowledgeable and cool. If you're renting ski equipment at Big Sky, East... More

I was getting prepared for a pretty big hike and this was the stop to make. I got my camel pack hiking backpack, walking sticks, bear mace, and a bunch of other gear. The staff was very knowledgeable and educated me on how to use lots of the equipment. I will come here again for all my hiking needs

I went on a float trip on the Madison in mid-September with a fantastic guide, Stu. He is very talented and works hard at his craft. The fishing had been slow, but we caught nice fish all day. Stu is a great teacher, very funny, and a wonderful story teller. The customer service and friendliness of ESO are absolutely top-notch.... More

Fished with Alex and could not have had a better experience. Highly knowledgeable, great trainer and more over great company. Have fished many different venues from the Keys to Alaska, the Madison River is one of the most beautiful places to fish and East Slope is the guide service to do it with

We did the morning wading fly fishing trip. None of us (5 adults and a 9 year old) had done any fly fishing. It was really fun and informative. Everyone caught a fish! Guides were outstanding and VERY knowledgeable! I would highly recommend doing this activity.

Husband and I rented ski equipment and couldn't have had a better fit. They educated us on how the boots should fit and I can honestly say that they were secure, no blisters or pain from pressure. The demo skis were perfect for our skill level and we had a great time on the slopes. We ended up skiing 5/5... More

These people are the best to work with! They really seem to like what they do and have been so helpful knowing the right equipment for you. The prices are the most reasonable in the area and you don't have to return the equipment in the middle of the week if you want to take a break between ski days.... More
