Stay in the Central West End and visit Forest Park, the Muny, and Missouri Museum. Take the metro to the arch and eat at all the quaint outside cafes! Beautiful flowers and pristine part of town!

Great shops and restaurants, off the beaten path. Love this area. Not touristy at all. Near hospitals and Forest Park attractions.

Lots of small shops, cafes, and restaurants in this district, including the World Chess Hall of Fame. It is easy to walk, the parking is sometimes a bit of a challenge, but only because some of the parking spaces are not immediately obvious.
