We weren't thrilled with the zoo atmosphere. The landscaping along the pathways is very overgrown with weeds and bushes with wild berries. The animal enclosures seemed dry and overgrown as well. It gave the impression that the zoo is understaffed and overwhelmed. We felt sorry...More

Polar bears, penguins, sea lions...world class. free entry but fee for parking. Battery operated scooters available for handicapped visitors. (fee) small train encircles zoo. plenty of picnic and food purchase options. Landscape is incredible but the animals are obviously the headline.

The zoo was nice, except one or two animals that were listed In their brochure were not there. You get plenty of exercise with all the walking. You need to have on comfortable shoes and water. Lots to see if you are a animal lover.

one of the smallest zoo's I've ever been to but a great thing to do if you don't want to spend the entire day doing it.

Had a great time, LOVE big cat country, and the bird house has an extensive variety of birds from all over the world. Sea Lion Sound is always entertaining. It is always a fun time!
