Showed up Tuesday afternoon and not a single car or light on. Called the number and no answer. No sign for it being closed or anything. Very disappointed since we rerouted some of our trip to see this.

Living close to 66 is nice! We’ve been to this Museum a few times since living at the Lake of the Ozark’s. Took 66 from this exit alll the way to CA this fall for our 40th anniversary. Museum wise, this is one of the...More

We visited briefly and found the museum to be very interesting, informative and enjoyable. The displays were great and have some great history on Route 66. The museum does not charge but takes donations.

Nice little museum offering pieces of local history as well. Located in a library it was nice to see what was going on in the local community reading all the flyers. However, there are nicer museums along the route I would recommend instead.

Just happened to round the corner at the library one evening to find the museum. A great throwback into history with a classic car, and its story, greeting upon entry. History of the Rt. 66 is just the start. Examples of menus, articles, motels rooms...More

Well this was weird. We were the only guests, the place was very quiet, there was nobody to even say "welcome". There was a lot of info on route 66 and I personally loved the old "diner" exhibition. There was also more info about the...More

This was a cute little museum with lots of information. My only recommendation would be to sell more memorabilia. We really wanted some Route 66 souvenirs, but they did not have much.
