We mistakenly found this old beautiful building downtown. It is an awesome thing to see if you like older buildings with great features.

One of the prominent features of the Kansas City skyline, the Power & Light Building is a classic example of Art Deco era architecture. At night, when the top is lit up it, looks like it came right out of the "Ghostbusters" movie.

Cool old building. Love the architecture and the light at the top that forecast the weather. Lots to learn about the down town KC area and the Power and Light building is a big part of that.

We went by the Power and Light Building to have some drinks and listen to the concert they had going on. It's pretty cool, but really not much more than a combination indoor/outdoor mall where they have concerts in the center court.

Great area but when there are events you will pay upwards of $30 just to park! You would think Kansas City would be a bit more hospitable and not gouge for parking! Cheers!"

Reviewers "theHighwaywarrior" and "Motion22" best summarize the actual building and the surrounding party area. I just wanted to chime in and say that the P&L building in Kansas City, Mo perfectly summarizes what the city looks like. As far as metropolitan cities go, this has...More
