This is my go-to in-the-city place for a beautiful respite from the busyness. Seasonal changes along with the staple perennials. Beautiful fountain with brass dancers. I absolutely love this place and take locals and out-of-town folks here. Everyone has always been pleased.

I am not sure. Just call their office and see. It is a wonderful place!
Two questions: 1) Is there RV parking? and 2) Is it worth going as late as September, or is it starting to go dormant for the fall?

Hi Yes, there is plenty of parking. September would be less colorful but there are fountains, ponds and statues.
Are there indoor gardens?

It is primarily outdoors, but also features some interesting sculptures and is a very peaceful place to spend time in.
