Great venue. Simple to maneuver. Food available. Not overwhelming. Within walking distance of great places to eat.

We visit the Crown Center every time we go to Kansas City. It's a short walk from the parking lot. Lots of great restaurants and shops. Great place for families. We love Fritz's, The Hallmark Visitors Center, the Crayola Store, Kaleidoscope, Lego Land and the atmosphere. It's a must see while in KC.

I may not be much of a mall person, but this was no ordinary mall. This thing seemed to stretch on and on for blocks, and they had everything from the traditional stops and shops to more unique drop-in places. I don't know that I'd make it a point to go back if I should find myself in Kansas City... More

Great Mall with lots to do. The Crayola store within the Mall is a great place for kids. The Mall has many eating places within that are great for family's. I suggest stopping here while you are in Kansas City.

If you want to get your wallets emptied on overpriced souvenirs, toys, and activities then this is the place for you. The Crown Center continues to struggle to find an identity. Boutique shops, toy stores, souvenir shops are basically all it is. If you are staying in the Westin (Worn down luxury hotel) then it might be worth a walk... More

I really was not that impressed with Crown Center. I was expecting more of a boutique style shopping experience. Instead, what I found was a place with lots of stores strictly for kids. There are a few stores that have some home decor items, but nothing terrific. All in all, I was disappointed. I will probably not go again.

Fun place to visit for shopping and food. There are neat restaurants like Fritz's, Crayola Cafe, 3 Little Pigs BBQ, and more .

I have been going to crown center for years. The best time to go is at Christmas time! There are so many extra activities, ice skating, a special Christmas themed playground, an ornate Santa's North Pole workshop, Christmas plays, local music groups, and customers characters. All stores are independently owned and unique. The tea house there is amazing. Only down side... More
