We (my wife & I, daughter 12 & son 10) rented Boogie boards and I also took my first surfing lesson ever. The waves were incredible and my instructor (Alex) did a fantastic job showing me the ropes. I was up and surfing within the first hour! Paul and Patricia are super cool people and we're very accommodating to our... More

The kids could checj out board and wake boards at their leasure and we paid the tab at the end of our vacation. Patricia and her crew are the best. We will be... More

Husband and I tried surfing for the first time here today - had a great experience with the instructor (friendly, patient) who showed us how to stand up on the board but nothing else (timing of waves, steering etc). We didn't think to ask until we had the hour alone with the boards after our lessons so we had a... More

We are a family of four. We had 2 instructors for the four of us which was a great ratio. The session was great fun. Instructors were very knowledgable. Highly recommend.

Been a fan of Sayulita a gateway of Mexican non resort beach life. Patricia /Cap Pablo. Burnt out expat's. Worn out equipment. Better places to rent and learn the humility of aloha and Pura Vida. Not here.

Our two young children (ages 7 & 9) took 3 lessons with Patricia's Surf School and loved every second of it. We felt like the children were in safe, competent hands and appreciated how much effort the instructors put in to make it a great experience for the children.

On the expensive side! we were all beginners and were given the minimum instructions to be able to get up on the board, My 2 sons did it quite well and for me it was not quite so easy!!! Not sure why but I expected a bit more. but we did have some fun. Nice perk to be able to... More

My husband read all about this place on SayulitaLife.com and was really looking forward to getting a surf lesson from Patricia's. When we showed up to inquire about rates, there was a young surfer dude listening to his music who acted like he couldn't be bothered, ran through a quick and dirty on the details of the lesson and quoted... The service was excellent and the instructor named Enfrenier was very helpful for my beginner lesson. I highly recommend Patricia's for the convenient beach location and great staff.
