Took my two kids out during Spring Break to go fishing. The owners were great people and very helpful teaching my kids 8/10 about rainbow trout. You can catch fish by the hour for $25 or pay for what you catch for 5.95 lb. We decided go do the hourly fishing to start and was glad we did. Tons of... More

Catching your full of lovely, fatty, tasty trout is a given, and yet still a challenge. The staff is so very nice, sweet, helpful, encouraging. .. just great down to earth folks. Their smoked trout is an absolutely addictive must have, and totally freezable! We keep a steady apply of these beautiful filets in our freezer year round (every time... More

Took granddaughters here. No problem catching a fish. They clean them for you. Priced per pound. No charge to look.

Beautiful park that has trout fishing. My husband did an hour of catch & release fishing, he caught a rainbow trout with almost every cast. One was quite large, over 6lbs. The lake is also stocked with golden trout. The care takers of the park are friendly, we had a nice conversation with both of them. They also support "Healing... More

Our family went to the Mountain Springs Trout Park on a gloomy day during our vacation. They sure brightened it up!!! We had to make our kids stop fishing!!! They were having soo much fun! Our daughter caught a massive fish and we ended up having it sent to the local taxidermist. She can't wait for it to come home!!... More

Beautiful spring feed trout pond that is loaded with many nice trout. Ideal for a kids first trout fishing trip because you are going to be able to hook some very nice trout. The staff is great and very helpful with equipment and they clean your catch.

This trout pond was the most amazing experience we had on our trip! The most friendly owners/workers! We stayed and talked with them even after we caught our fish. In the first hour we caught 5 huge fish (biggest trout we have ever seen). Try their smoked trout! It is amazing!

Saw a pamphlet for this place when we were in Branson back in January, but was unable to visit until summer break. Took my family there for a "guaranteed" fishing trip and was not disappointed! I'm not sure what I can say different than most of the other positive reviews. Equipment and bait is provided free of charge and no... More

While the serious trout angler has no end of options in southern Missouri and northern Arkansas, the fishing experience at Mountain Spring is really one-of-a-kind and second to none. Manager Johnny Edgmon has a well stocked spring-fed, two-acre lake that is perfect for teaching a youngster or giving an old pro some great fishing action. Visitors can buy what they... More
