We are a dog loving family. Found this place after I screwed up knowing City Museum's fall hours. My kids were game for it. There was a scavenger hunt list the lady at the front desk gave them. It helped keep them engaged, but even without it I think they still would have enjoyed it. So many cute art pieces... More

We were at Purina Farms for a dog show and looking for something interesting to do in our down time. Since we love art, and we love dogs, and our dogs were allowed in; it was just the perfect place to visit. I truly don't understand some of the low ratings because this was probably one of the finest collections... More

It was raining and cold outside so I decided to check out the museum. It was interesting and certainly things I have never seen before. It took about thirty minutes to tour the whole thing.

Nice little museum dedicated to dogs, so if you are a dog lover you'd really like it. We took our whole family of 2 adults and 3 children, but probably should have just saved our money and gone back without the kids. Overall a nice museum, but the kids weren't really into it.

Interesting place to visit all kinds of dog memorabilia. Great walking trails for dogs, water available for dogs everywhere and the museum is open for your dogs, in fact you are expected to take them in

If you love dogs and dog art sculpture and air paintings, then you will love this place. Common theme of all this art work is dogs and more dogs. Nice place to go when the weather is bad as everything is indoors. I visited this museum in the fall or winter. I really enjoyed it.

Very pleasant. This is not a very big museum, but not very small either. It is located in a pretty house, former estate with a southern feel. The collection consists of paintings and porcelain figures of dogs, some of the figures are quite big, almost life-size, some are quite small. I don't think of this collection as an art museum... Went here really as a joke with my kids. What a surprise. It was very very interesting I recommend it to people now. They think I am trying to prank them. But it is well worth your time. To anyone. But especially if you are a dog person

A friend took me to this interesting boutique museum located on the outskirts of St. Louis. What a delightful surprise! Professional installation & information. I had a well-informed guide. I'd expected to find a home-made collection of dog memorabilia, but it was much more than that. Fine art in an historic house. Highly recommended.
