If you just like to ride on a train then you would enjoy the excursion but other than that you just see trees. If there is beautiful landscapes to see they are well hidden by trees. My family did not enjoy the trip.

We live in Branson and have taken this ride several times. Why? I don't know. It's a train ride. You look at trees and.......that's about it. If you've ever been on a train ride, you've already seen what you'll see here. Save your money and...More

What do you expect when you take a train ride? I don't know but my husband and I traveled all over and have been on the Conway Railway in New Hampshire, Georgetown in Colorado, Pikes Peak Railways, Royal Gorge, and Cumbres and Toltec. So, I...More

We booked passage on the two-hour ride. Crossing trestles and looking down and going through tunnels chiseled through hills was fascinating. However, much of the ride produces nothing but trees to view. The narration adds substance to the ride. I would imagine when the foliage...More

There are only a few cars with the open viewing...the others have regular chairs for seats, which backup to the windows. The most exciting thing to see or do on the train is the concession car. Unless you like trees, which is the only thing...More

Was a great experience. Never been on a passenger train and saw countryside. Kids enjoyed walking around train cars.

Boring and not worth the price. Did not meet my group's expectations. We thought we'd be riding the rails through the hills, not the flat lands.

We booked this thinking it would be a nice scenic ride . We did not see much but trees . The staff was nice, and it was a nice ride but you do not see much at all. This ride was not what we expected.

Came to Branson with my elderly parents so was looking for something they could do besides a show. We decided on the railway trip. Even though mom uses a walker she was able to sit in the observation car. The staff was outstanding but the...More

Yes there are ramps and you can just roll right on. There are stairs going up to the dome, though since it is a bit tight, but I think that is the only "stairs only" place.

We are thinking about doing the Polar Express this winter. Had a couple of questions. Should we do the 5pm dinner or the 6:30pm dinner? Any other tips for taking the Polar Express? Thanks!
