This is one of the better caves that we have toured. The first cavern is a massive area that you see from the top and then from the bottom after walking down the stairs and ramps. pay attention to the warnings - my wife has bad knees and it took its tool on her, but she made it through! Child... More

Marvel Cave was unique due to the temperature--in the 60s. All the stairs--lots to go down and up again. Narrow passageways and low ceilings--feels like a real caving adventure. Visible bats--fun!... I went with my family when I was 7 and took my son when he was that age. Great experience even though we weren't able to see the entire cave due to flooding.

Marvel Cave is the very attraction that started SDC. It was originally the only attraction on the property. Now the cave is just a small "side show" and the theme park is the real star. The tour is included in the admission price. Be advised that the tour is mildly exhausting and lots of stairs and some tight spaces are... More

Marvel Cave is an incredible Tour! It is free with entry into Silver Dollar City and lasts about an hour. Descend into an impressive cavern that can hold up to three Hot Air Balloons at one time! Next walk through winding passages, rock tunnels and underground creeks finished with a unique train ride out. It is a MUST SEE for... More

I have toured this cave many times. A standard tour is included with your ticket to Silver Dollar City. They also have a "lantern tour" once a day which has smaller groups, lasts longer and you get to visit one other room in the cave not included on the standard tour. There are a LOT of steps. I think something... More
