Really beautiful woods and planted gardens. Perfect place to let the kids run off steam. And a gorgeous little cafe with a Woodburner and fresh scones. Nom Nom!!

Good opportunity to get the children together and learn the names of trees. Plenty of different walks and opportunity to have a picnic. Take the opportunity to stop in Evenley as it’s a pretty Village. £5 entry per adult, children under 12 free.

Though not at its best due to the ongoing extremely hot weather, we enjoyed dawdling along the many paths throughout the wood. We all commented that on another occasion there would be an abundance of flowers to see but on this visit there were only...More

The planting of clumps of lily martagon with their colourful reflexed flowers and climbing roses amongst many specimen trees creates interest with the stream running through giving movement. The seats provide a place to listen and see the many bird species.

Came here with hubby & elderly mother in wheelchair. Absolutely beautiful garden, flowers everywhere and a very reasonable £5 each. Parking just nearby. There is a cafe but only open weekends. But plenty of seating if you bring a picnic. Lovely day out.
