Columbus is very lucky to have this great art center. They feature a new artist in the gallery monthly. They also offer classes and musical performances.

The Rosenzweig Arts Center has it all. Theatre, art, auctions and staff and volunteers who know what they are doing. I took a class on "how to build your own guitar with one string and cigar box" it was so much fun and I keep it hung on my wall. It works and you made it yourself!

We went to a military function event at the arts center. The lady running it was very nice and gave tons of info about the center and different programs they offer. I look forward to taking a class.

Heard Pierce Pettis, July 3, 2014, in this beautiful, small theater. What a lovely venue for an intimate concert! Hope to get back for other events real soon.

I went there for a few events, story tellers from Japan and Cuba, and also the Conquistador film and I liked and truly enjoyed it immensely. Who would have thunk the culture that the little town of Columbus would bring in? Staff are really friendly and enjoyed the museum too and even made small contributions. I just know this place... I continue to be in awe about Columbus' history and culture. In my brief time there, I was impressed with how much the town has to offer. They could surely be a model for other towns. The Art Council is a perfect example of the strides Columbus has made in bringing culture to northeast Mississippi. Though the space is small,... More

I've been to two art exhibits, a play, and a workshop here. The stage and theater are small, but excellent for intimate productions. The downstairs gallery displays a variety of artwork at different times, mostly local artists. The staff are EXTREMELY friendly. I'm watching for the next event here!

Who would've thought that one could find such good art in a small, Southern town. There are actually three galleries in one; a large main gallery that rotates shows monthly, and two smaller ones that showcase local art. The main gallery has some very nice shows, and not just of Mississippi artists. It is really the only venue of it's... More
