This is a truely great place to visit, a lot of history here! How it has made it thru out the years with storms and floods. The tour people are also good....You should make this a must on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi.

This attraction encompasses more than Jefferson Davis' house and is really fascinating. The grounds are extensive as is the museum. Sadly, we did not allot enough time to really see it all. I would recommend giving yourself at least an hour to walk through the...More

We wished we would have had more time to spend there. Some other plans got rearranged while we were in Biloxi so we found ourselves with a few hours to kill. We decided to tour Beauvoir and were so glad that we did. It ended...More

Prepare yourself for a lot of walking. Loved the museum, house tour, graveyard, and history lesson. Only issue I had was with the "animals" on site. Goats is all we saw and they were very unhealthy looking.

My husband and I stopped in at Beauvoir on our last Biloxi trip. The house is gorgeous! The employees are very nice and knowledgeable. There are several artifacts and videos as well as the actual tour of the house.

If you love history, this is the place for you. If is much more than just about Jefferson Davis. Also, the guide interacted with the tourist, actually getting them involved with the tour.

Connie did a great job educating us on the history of such a beautiful coastal landmark. The presidential library and museum was also well done. It is such a blessing the Katrina did not wash away such history. Well done!
