This historical society is a treasure trove of local historical data and artifacts. What adds to the enjoyment was the plethora of information shared by conversing with the volunteers that man the museum. Don't just read and observe. Interact with the staff.

We enjoyed the museum on a Monday and found it to be an hour and a half well spent. Tickets only $5 each.

The small museum has local history and artifacts on display. An easy visit for families with children due to its small size and central location.
