Here's the story of the gardens: When a plot of land came up for sale across the street from the home of Bill and Virginia Clemens, they purchased it and then donated the land to the City of St. Cloud Park Department. Known for her love of roses and flowers, the late Virginia Clemens battled multiple sclerosis for more than... More

I would walk in these gardens adjacent to Munsinger Gardens every day if I could. I love all of the seasonal color. I appreciate all of the volunteers and staff who plant and maintain more than 10,000 annuals and more perennials. Make sure you get to see the fountains with their sculptural beauty. And pay a respectful visit to the... More

A must see when in the area. Located across from Munsinger Gardens and up the hill. This is a very gorgeous area by the Mississipi River. Many wedding are held here in the flower setting. This is a major tourist attraction and don't forget to bring your camera. From midsummer on it's a great picnic area or just to have... More

If St. Cloud has a major tourist attraction, this is it - the Munsinger Gardens, along the Mississippi River and the Clemens Gardens up on the hill adjacent to Munsinger. Clemens' has a variety of European style gardens - a Rose Garden, and other gardens featuring beautiful flowers, paths to walk, and fountains. We've been here numerous times. There is... More

My girlfriend and I grabbed a Val's cheeseburger and came here to eat down by the river. What a fun way to spend an afternoon. It's so peaceful and the grounds are impeccable. Simply breathtaking!!!

The Clemens garden is a must see stop in St. Cloud. The story behind its development is awe inspiring as well. The gardens change throughout the season with the well designed and extremely well taken care of foliage and flowers. You can visit the gardens several times throughout the spring summer and fall and see things you didn't see on... More

Situated across from the Munsinger Gardens, this is a quiet and peaceful place to spend a little time. There are benches that overlook the Mississippi River.

Munsinger/Clemens Gardens are a true gem for the state of Minnesota. Every visit to St. Cloud should include a trip to the gardens; upper (Clemens) and lower (Munsinger). Allow a few hours to see everything and be sure to take some time to simply sit and enjoy the scenery.
