The downstairs was very relaxing and all 3 of us had varied but good results, mostly energy and sinus related. They just need a more secure way of storing belongings or a heads up not to bring valuables. Customer service could improve though.

Have been here several times and loved it each time. Once you get settled in your chair and lay back the sounds of the ocean are soothing and the warmth of the room is very relaxing. Breathing in the Himalayan Salt has helped me any time I have the sniffles. I am usually comfortable in a tank top and yoga... More

This can be a very relaxing experience. Bring socks to walk on the floor, expect to be covered in salt dust. Bring a pillow or whatever comfort measure you need. It definitely cleared my sinuses and I could breathe better. I will need to see how I feel in a few days

Went with a friend for a first-time session and found it to be very relaxing. Nice alternative to spa time. I found myself nodding off. Loved the smell of the salt and the soothing pink glow in the cave.

I had been suffering from congestion for months. A friend told me about the salt cave and I decided to give it a try. First off, the design and ambience are incredible. Now here's the kicker: within 10 minutes my congestion had cleared and after two visits I had no more symptoms! This is an incredible service. I was skeptical... More

I had my first salt cave session today along with three friends. For three of us it was our first time. The first friend to arrive just before 11am found the door locked even though the store hours indicate that they are open at 10 AM. I arrived shortly after her just as the doors were being unlocked. The guy... More

I just returned from my first of what will be many visits to the The Salt Cave. I loved the soft pink glow of the salt blocks lit from behind. The rushing sound of crashing ocean waves, the zero-gravity lounge chair and the soft salty air all added to one of the deepest meditation sessions I have had in years.... More

For the last couple of years, I have been actively working on reducing my overall stress level through meditation, and other common stress reduction tools. The Salt Cave is a great experience if you are looking to reduce stress. So far, I have had five sessions, and I am seeing signs of aging disappear in my skin, feel an improvement... More

Book a massage at the salt cave as an add on (early). It's absolutly worth every minute, one of the best massages I've had in Minneapolis. Read up on the benefits of salt therapy, for me it's a unique place to bring my friends from out of town. The design of the two therapy rooms is cutting edge and makes... More

July 15, 2015. It was my first experience at the Salt Cave. My friend and I had an appointment for 10am. The doors were locked and the building dark at 10am. We were concerned that maybe we had gotten the wrong date and time. So I checked the reminder email that was sent to me and we were there at... More
