To not have to go outside in the wind and cold was the best

Only one suggestion, have some maps to grab, have security offer maps. This is best idea that the downtown has ever come up with.

I highly recommend using the skyway system. It is convenient and safe. Especially nice in winter and on rainy days. Lots of restaurant, shops, banks, and other businesses. Walking in the sky way is great exercise.

It's easier to find your way out of an English maze than it is most of the Minneapolis Skyway system. Unless you're a downtown denizen, my recommendation is to proceed cautiously, or plan lots of extra time to navigate through this labryinthian series of above ground tunnels.

Needs more main stream shops, and better signage. Was not sure of it's purpose as it seemed faster just to use the streets, although it was cold.

I really like the Skyway System because you can go to a lot of placed downtown without being outside. I did find it rather confusing due to lack of signage.

First visit to Minneapolis to see an NFL game. Getting around was so easy using the Skyway. Didn't need to wear a heavy winter coat while shopping eating/drinking out so that was a plus.

We rolled into Town in shorts (me) & t-shirts during the way above average Temp spike in November, Balmy Weather had by all ! But I can really see how the Skyway System are a necessity in this frigid part of the world ! I'm afraid on our first try we got a bit lost as we turned ,up ,... More

What a great idea and way to keep people warm in the cold winter. It looks like a maze and can lead you to every direction. Be sure to explore it even in a warm day.

We were in Minneapolis when the high for the weekend was zero, one day it was 10 below. Our hotel had direct access to the Skyway and we used it whenever possible. It truly kept us from freezing, but be aware that it is open only certain hours each day, after a certain time it is not accessible (my son... More

You can get almost anywhere via the Skyway. Once you got it figured out its a snap. It would benefit from a walking tour and a mileage marking system if you are in there for the exercise.
