We had a great time at the Railroad Museum. We took a train ride and after my kids explored the trains. If your child is a train lover, they would love this museum.

Went to Duluth for their 'Two Harbors Fall train ride' which included viewing the museum as well. Very nice displays. It had some videos and other audio presentations giving the viewer knowledge of 'back in the day' information. They house several train engines, coal cars,...More

Our entire family enjoyed the museum. We loved the historical aspect and to even get to go onto some old trains. Caution the ground is uneven so may not be best for people who are unsteady.

This museum is really a "hands-on" type of museum. There are all kinds of trains - BIG & REAL trains. Climb up in to a caboose and see what it is like to be in one. Climb up into a locomotive engine and make believe...More

The museum has some rare trains that are worth spending sometime to see. I especially like the civil war era engine and passenger car. It doesn't take long to go through this museum but some cool trains.

There is a lot just down the street from the museum/pretty much connected to the depot museum building. There is also on-street parking but the lot is your best option. Enjoy!
