We stayed in the tower and it was newer and clean. We had a non-smoking room. The casino is a smoking casino so the hotel corridors and the lobbies really smell of smoke. That why i gave it an average rating.

We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful view from the twelfth floor. Room was clean but a little worn. Well worth the value, and it was convenient to the concert venue.

Huge selection! Everything great. Service good place clean. I wish they would bus tables quicker. Food is amazing. I think this is the best buffet in the state shrimp boiled or fried in alfreado. Prime rib. Ribs chicken fish sausage too much to list.

Sorry, but we prefer Grand Casino Hinckley to stay at. The rooms are updated and clean at Hinckley. At Black Bear the room was in need of many repairs, was smoking.
