Chateau Grand Traverse continues to define the Michigan wine industry with their award-winning Riesling wines as well as many other styles. The winery is open daily, year-round, offering wine tasting and free wine tours.

We found the people here to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the wine. Plus they organize the selections as dry, semi-dry, sweeter, and cherry, so you can really zero in on what you like. Plus the view is great!

Nice tasting room, some light finger food available for purchase, fireplace for the colder weather, knowledgeable staff and reasonably priced wines, with a few options including a couple with T.C. Cherries

We loved the late harvest riesling wine that we tasted here! Nice wine tasting. It's a spacious setting with quite a few wines to choose from and other merchandise as well. Friendly hosts that explain the wines.
