What a great place! The visitor's center is full of interesting things with a lookout toward an osprey nest. The scenic auto drive is really cool. Nice and relaxing. Boardwalk hike is also worthwhile.

I was surprised because the welcome center was much more interesting than the trails. We went on the fishing 7 mile trail in the car. We seen lots of swans, turtles, and dragon flies, but not anything much else. Took longer than we expected especially...More

This is an amazingly beautiful place! Take the time to do the 7 mile slow one way drive, you won't regret it. Time passed quickly, there was so much to see. We went when the large turtles were laying eggs. Some were in the road...More

Seney is a great place for a drive or a bike (we've done both) and now it's on the top of our list for a spring day hike! The park is closed to vehicles until May 15 but we thought we'd try some hiking. Well,...More

The wildlife preserve is interesting and fun for the whole family. There is a 7 & 81/2 mile one-way loop you can drive. Do leave yourself enough time as you are only moving at 10-15 miles per hour. There are lots of birds, ducks, swans,...More

I don't think so - not off the road anyway - maybe on the roads where the cars go. It's mostly water anyway.
