Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I would give 0 if available. Extraordinarily rude casting and directors. Very unwelcoming and judgmental audition process. They Insisted I was too old to audition and my child too untalented, we were later told to "stop bothering and just go home". Will never be coming back to watch another show or audition again. This has left a very sour taste in my mouth of the theater community.

Community theater has 2 venues. Both are not huge spaces so all seats are good. Plays and musical feature local talent which can be variable but we have seen some excellent shows, especially the musicals.

Such a nice, cozy and welcoming venue. Sat 3rd row from stage, right of stage.
Every main cast and ensemble actor has a mic for clarity during the show. I can’t imagine any seats bad since the theater is small and quaint.
It’s my first time here since moving to RO in 2006. Took me 13 years to get here, but finally made it here.
Was pleasantly surprised to be able to see the inside of the theater standing at Will Call.
The interior of the theater has a medium blue tone and gold accented detailing up the walls, the orchestra pit is below at the foot of the stage and once in a while you can see the head of the conductor or his baton bobbing along.
Went to see the opening of If/Then. We enjoyed the show, concept, performance and music. Makes one wonder about all of the what ifs in life that took us to where we are today.
A couple of songs were my favorites for sure: “you never know”, “here I go” and “no more wasted time”. Loved the singing of Josh, Kate, Elena and Elizabeth. Loved the energy, vibe and acting of Josh and Kate the best.
I would definitely come again for this show or another show at this theater. Was a fun night.

Had a fun time at the theater. Great show, good musicians, animated performers, appreciative audience, good seating, nicely sized theater (not too big).

I've been very surprised at how good their shows are! Never disappointed.
Stagecrafters performances run the gamut from big musicals to more intimate shows on the small 2nd Stage.

I have had season tickets for the past 3 years at the Baldwin Theater. It is absolutely amazing the amount of talent they have. The costumes, sets, orchestra AND THE VOICES always are wonderful. I just saw Jesus Christ Superstar yesterday. It was tremendous... a special thank you to Josh Allor, as Judas Iscariot, and Tom Butwin, as Jesus! I was enthralled with their performances, and there were several tears shed.
