I recently saw Mastadon here. I opted to pay for the balcony seating which I would highly recommend. The general admission is the entire floor and I'm only 5'2" so it would have made it hard to see anything. There are a few spots that...More

My first trip here and I was disappointed by the decor and seating. It needs a make over big time. However, the music was great!

Great intimate venue to see a concert. The night we were there they inexplicably had one bartender for the upstairs bar for a sold out show. Needless to say concessions were a no go with lines lasting at least 30 min to get a drink....More

Saw Christopher Titus here tonight he was great. The theater not so much. Rude or just plain uninformed staff. Had to hold my $4 bottle of water open no cap. Now I understand when they hold GA concerts this could be an issue but really...More

Came here to see Alter Bridge. Staff was very nice during the day with the Meet & Greet fans who came early. Neat old building, seems to be well kept. Great sound quality during the concert that evening, and although I didn't like standing through...More

We thoroughly enjoyed seeing Paula Poundstone at the Royal Oak Music Theater recently. It was fun to be able to get a beer or drink and watch the show. The seats were very good. We were a bit confused about when doors opened versus when...More

Very cool vibe in this old theater. Sound quality was very good. Security was friendly and efficient on entry. Restrooms are small and make for long lines. Staff was friendly, drinks were a bit inconsistent.

I came here for a performance of Magic Men Live! on a Saturday evening. Although the performance wasn't near the level of Thunder From Down Under (which I saw at the Soundboard in MotorCity Casino & Hotel) in terms of execution, choreography, music choice/editing, performance,...More

We saw Jesse Cook and his international band and were pleasantly surprised at the comfortable setting, easy parking, cash bar & accessible restrooms. We're keeping our eyes open to go again when they have another group we'd like to see.

The concert I'm looking at offers balcony tables behind the regular balcony seats, I am trying to find out if they are just standing tables or if there are chairs?

I would call the venue for the specific event and how the promoter booked the ROMT seating.
