We played all three nines on a rainy, windy day and still had a great time. Beautiful designs, wonderfully conditioned and friendly staff. All very challenging. Stayed at Boyne Highlands Resort and like their on-site courses too.

Played Monday, August 10. Links nine played in 2 hours; Quarry nine took 3.5 hours. No marshals and we (foursome) waited on literally every shot. Walked through the pro shop and when asked how it was, we said it took 3 1/2 hours to play the Quarry nine which was ridiculous. The two guys in the pro shop just looked... More

Went to Bay Harbor with a group of 12 for a trip that had been scheduled for several months. We were supposed to play all three courses on the same day. (It was clearly written in our contract with them.) We would play 18 holes, have a two hour break to eat lunch at the course, and then finish with... More

We played the Links/Quarry and thoroughly enjoyed both however the Quarry would have to rate as one of he beat nine hole stretch we have played anywhere. The course was in unbelieveable condition and the staff was outstanding. A real jewel in North Michigan that should not missed. Enjoy!!!

Played BH once when it was just opening, then again probably 4-5 yrs. later (the "date" selector didn't go back that far!). Beautiful course, clubhouse, sights/vistas, etc.. Not a cheap date, but worth it a time or two (or 3...?). Had it in a golf package one time and got a PM rate the other, so not quite as bad.... More

Just a breathtaking beautiful well kept golf course that every golfer should play at least once. Caught a cloudless Michigan summer Saturday and enjoyed every minute of it. Very challenging, but with the multiple tee boxes the course is playable for everyone. The Links and the Quarry are the 9 hole courses that are "must play". Course condition is outstanding.... More

Wow! I didn't plan on playing during my visit to the area. Was staying at the Inn at Bay Harbor Renaissance resort and all I heard was about Bay Harbor golf. So, I ventured a couple miles down to the clubhouse to see what was available the next day. Kirk was very helpful in times available and rates. I chose... More

Kudos to the golf staff! We had a tee time around 920 and my son called over to see if we could get out a little earlier. They told is if we got there is 15 minutes, we would get out in front of a 20 person outing. Needless to say, we flew out of the hotel and made it... More

Tee time at Bay Harbor on a Boyne golf pkg. Was pushed back for "Members " who 's tee time was rained out 2 hrs earlier. Also the quality of service provided was poor , w/ no bar cart on the course , Club house grill closed on Larbor Day Weekend.. Very over rated for a high end gold club... More

Played Quarry Links. Scenery--Lake Michigan and quarry and fabulous houses. Forward Tees did not require a long carry. No complaints.
