What a wonderful piece of history! Really enjoyed touring the USS Silverside. And the museum contains authentic pieces from that era and great educational information.Really gives you a humbling appreciation for the sacrifices our military makes for our freedom! A must see

We had a work retreat here in one of there board rooms and then toured the museum and ships. What a cool experience to do a hands on tour of a WWII Submarine. If your even close to this, you have to check it out.

The museum itself is fine. It has some neat stuff about submarines and WWII and I enjoyed most of it. There were a couple "special" displays that didn't add too much to the exhibit, but they weren't bad either. The center piece is certainly the...More

We went on an afternoon during the week and just walked into the museum with no wait. We enjoyed the inside of the museum first with the photos, presentations and hands on before we went outside to walk thru the submarine. Definitely an educational experience....More

Lots to see and do for everyone. The displays are informative, some are hands-on. It was great to visit the submarine and the coast guard boat, an add on, but worth it.

Always have a good time when we visit, very knowledgeable guide. Plan to spend at least 2 or 3 hours when you go to see all of the exhibits and tour inside the sub and the Coast Guard cutter.

Silverside Sub Museum is a very nice way to spend a couple of hours. The museum is very well done. The focus is on the Pacific theater of World War II, but there is some information on other aspects of submarines. The highlight of course...More

We went to see the Silversides today because it was raining and we needed something to do. So glad we went. We purchased the Two boat and museum tour $15 for adults and $10 for kids. It was totally worth it. A real submariner gave...More
