Ai-Ais was rather disappointing as the outdoor pool had no water. The shop had a limited stock.

There is only one establishment operating at the bottom of the Canyon all within the secure area beyond the reception gate. The accommodation outside this area is closed and looks in a dilapidated condition

The hot spring is something to see, but as a day visit only. The rest of the place is really not worth it. There is a lovely warm water pool outside, if it's working! And there are pools inside which are quite nice.
Helped perfectly and had to pay the cheap rate because we came in with a flat tire. The guys from the tire repair did everything to get a new tire in that day.
