My family stopped at this place while exploring the shores of Lake Michigan starting from Leelanau down to Muskegon. This place has a beautiful shoreline which is untouched by beach-goers. It's a great place to explore and we spent about 2 hours here even though...More

The view at this park is absolutely beautiful. The campground leaves a lot to be desired. I literally felt like we were camping in a parking lot. There are not many trees and the sites are super small. The bathrooms and showers were very dated,...More

Stayed here for a week, and it was beautiful. Quiet campground in the fall. Hot showers, large sites. Only issues, beach was closed & there is no warning for water shut off.

Great for a quick dip or just watching the sunset. If you collect rocks than you will love this beach. Small but very nice.

I believe all Michigan State Parks are pet friendly as long as they're on a leash of appropriate length and not left alone.
