There is plenty to see and do in Fishtown but my favorite is the fish house where they smoke local caught Whitefish and make sausage and pate that is to die for. Disappointed that there were no chubs to buy.

Same old story: higher prices and lower quality. Tourist trap. The shops sell junk. Kids run the shops and couldn't care less about their jobs.

Several upscale shops to catch one's interest in what used to be a fishing village. For the children, there's the Candy Shop and for others there are shopping boutiques. Plan a short visit one afternoon in Leland; the Main Street has more shops, too. It...More

Several gift stores and Resturants on or near the water. Parking can be a challenge, but you can park along the street. A good place to spend a couple of hours

Cute n interesting but easily able to see the town and exited within an hour. Helpful that the town of Leland has good shopping. Wouldn't drive out of my way to go see Fishtown again.

Came for the smoked fish, coffee, lunch and ice cream. Love the smell of the smoke house. Takes me back to 5 when we came to leland to start a family tradition. The taste was as amazing as I remember. Love the smoked white fish!...More
