My husband I and I frequent Glen Arbor often. We were pleasantly surprised when we stayed at the Homestead and found Spa Amira. The place is nestled in the hills and is cozy and has amazing views of Lake Michigan. Our massages with Brenda were off the charts good! She was very professional and had hands of magic. We will... Best massage I have ever had! From the perfectly warm, silky soft linens to the breathtaking view I immediately fell in love with this place. My massage was a blend of several techniques which left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated when it was complete. If you appreciate world class service and the best scenery nature has to offer you... More

A friend and I went for a deep tissue massage and sea salt scrub. The treatment was ok but not great. The massage was not deep tissue. It also feel like the treatment was cut short. I think they include the time you showered in the treatment time. It was also frustrating that they only had one masseuse so we... More

We were very disappointed to find there's nothing to do while waiting on your appointment...no hot tub, no steam room, no sauna. The 100 minute massage/scrub fell way short on time, although the service was good. But the "spa" is really a waiting room and two massage rooms with one shower and a few lockers. The view is awesome though.... More

I made an online reservation for a couples massage. When I showed up today I was told that they have been having trouble with their website and that they didn't have the reservation for a couple, just one, even though I had a written confirmation for a "duet" massage. My disappointed stems from the fact that there was nothing they... More

Spa Amira is located in an absolutely beautiful setting nestled in the woods on top of a hill overlooking Lake Michigan. My daughter and I went for services during our stay at the Homestead. We were overwhelmed by the beauty as we waited by the tranquil pool for our appointment. I would highly recommend recommend going a little early or... More

Really enjoyed my time at Spa Amira. It's a small spa with a number of services located at The Homestead Resort, but open for anyone to enjoy. Beautiful location on the property. It has a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan. A small pool is available for spa clients. They even do yoga outside overlooking the lake. I had a massage... More

My two friends and I booked facials at the spa during our vacation. The location is beautiful with a lovely outdoor area overlooking Lake Michigan. The treatment includes a glass of local wine, which makes waiting for your appointment very relaxing. There is a pool and I will bring my bathing suit next time. I had the 30 minute facial... More

My sister and I always make sure to have reservations to have facials and massages while we are at the Homestead. This never disappoints. Quiet, calming facial-done by professionals, a warm robe with a glass of local wine-out to enjoy the pool that overlooks the lake-amazing. Then off to get a wonderful massage-peaceful, quiet and lovely. Its one of those... More

Had my first ever facial. What a lovely experience! Brenda was very helpful and knowledgeable. I can't compare it to any other as it was my first but it will certainly not be my last.
