Takes about an hour, or so, to visit here, but it is a nice place to review the history of the settlement of Frankenmuth.

There were several rooms depicting the history of Frankenmuth. Very interesting and nicely done. We enjoyed touring through this museum. Only negative was that lighting on a few of the signs was dim and made them difficult to read.

We really enjoyed going through the museum and reading about the development of Frankenmuth. The Laura Wilder section was very interesting. The lady at the register was nice and pleasant. It is a worth a look.

Having been to Frankenmuth about 15 times we decided to visit the museum. Was only $2 a person. Took about 15 min. Gave us a new understanding of the town and how it came to be.

Our family love to visit the local historical museums when we travel. This offered a good general overview of the development of Frankenmuth.
