My husband and I took our four of grandchildren for the train ride oh my goodness it was cold, but they enjoyed it. We went to some historical building. My workplace goes every year.

We enjoyed our visits here. The village is a bit limited but the various shops are interesting. The train is the highlight and feels just old-timey enough to be fun.

Everyone needs an entry ticket but the non rider would not add the train ride add on.

There are other parks nearby; there are restaurants within Crossroads Village; and you could in the past take food in with you. But, I’d call and double check with them.
