Right from the start (Covered Bridge) to the Dunes and beyond this road was worth the money! The stops and scenic overlooks are numbered so be sure to get the key from the Rangers.

Little known fact: the Cottonwood trail will lead you to the top of the Dune Climb. Bathrooms are located at the Lake Michigan lookout point (lines are often long).

This is a Michigan gem...it is a short drive within Sleeping Bear National Park. There are about information stops, which include amazing overlooks. Some stops require short walks.

this is worth the drive! There are overlooks that shouldn't be missed! We enjoyed all parts of the drive. Be sure to go to Empire to the visitor center to get the information on the Park.
