Trace the history of the auto and our fascination with it along with other American inventions through the staggering collection of Henry Fords estate, which includes such memorabilia as the chair Abraham Lincoln sat in when he was assassinated and the limo in which John F. Kennedy was shot.

This museum is superb! My children ages 7-9 were really impressed by the chair Lincoln was assassinated in, the Kennedy limo., and the bus Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat. The steam engines, airplanes, and cars were spectacular. There are also a fair...More

We enjoyed our time at the Henry Ford. When we got there, we decided to go on the Rogue Factory tour to see F150 trucks being built. They take you on a bus. So interesting! We were fortunate that they were working when we visited....More

I saw the assembly line of the F-150 and then the museum. Very interesting. Like watching the industrial revolution. The museum has planes, trains, automobiles, furniture, doll houses as well as a history of civil rights area and many others. It's worth it.

Don't miss, but be prepared to spend several hours. Be prepared to be exhausted. But it's worth the time and exhaustion. The transportation exhibition alone too is over 4 hours.

Strongly recommend getting the package price that includes Rouge Tour, Greenfield Village and the rides. Because of the discounts, it amounts to getting the rides and Rouge Tour nearly for free. This place is just huge. It covers 12 acres It is open 9:30 to...More

I've always wanted to visit this museum and the reviews by others were on target. I didn't expect so many "non-Ford" cars, but was happy to see the variety. From the Oscar Meyer wiener mobile to the presidential limousines, this was really great. By doing...More

We planed 4 to 5 hours, but to be realistic you need at least the whole day. I'd recommend the combo of the museum, village and the factory tour. The "all you can ride" in the village (I think it 15$ per person) is well...More

Hello! We recommend at least 2-3 hours for Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation, and at least 4 hours for Greenfield Village. You can easily spend an entire day at each, however. Hope this helps
